This picturesque, typically Tyrolean village is the shy sister to its bigger sibling Ischgl. Don’t let this put you off however as Galtür has its own unique charm and personality waiting to be discovered. Linked to Ischgl by a free ski bus (with lift pass) Galtür is the choice of many families and improver skiers who like the option of a joint ski area without the rowdy nightlife.

The Snow

• The more advanced skier can hop on the bus to the neighbouring resort of Ischgl.

• The Après ski is more subdued than the neighbouring Ischgl.
