These traditional-style apartments enjoy stunning views of Morzine Valley and provide easy access to the pistes and resort amenities. The studios offer great value for money, while the apartments offer more space and comfort.
Each résidence consists of a living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette with hotplate, refrigerator, mini-oven, dishwasher and balcony.
The studios for 4 people are approximately 24m2 in size and include two single sofa beds in the living room and a cabin with 2 bunk beds.
The apartments for 4-5 people are approximately 28m2 in size and include two single sofa beds, one pull out bed in the living room and a double bedroom.
Finally the apartments for 6-7 people are approximately 35m2 in size and include two single sofa beds, one pull out bed in the living room, a cabin with 2 bunk beds and a bedroom with double bed.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning kits are available in each apartment. A television and end of stay clean (not kitchen and the washing up) are also included.

Located on the “La Falaise” summit with beautiful panoramic views of Morzine Valley. The Résidence La Falaise is centrally situated at the resort entrance at the foot of the slopes, close to the car parks and only 300m from the resort centre. It offers superb proximity to the pistes and enables doorstep skiing, perfect for keen skiers and families. The nearest ski lift is just 300m away and it is only 200m to the ski school and nursery slopes. Ski departures are at the foot of the Résidence.
