This stylish hotel is in a fantastic location, at the foot of the Grandvalira slopes and right in the heart of the village, close to all the shops and restaurants. It is perfect for those who are eager to get out into some fantastic ski with as little hassle as possible, being situated just 100m from the main gondola.
The leisure facilities in the Piolets are the best in the whole resort, so you can relax and unwind in their sauna, steam room or pool at the end of a long day on the slopes. Some facilties require payment locally.
Or you can enjoy the hotel's superb après ski bar in the evenings. This is a hotel that really has got it all - excellent standard, great value for money and amazing service provided, along with great facilities.
The spacious and comfortable rooms in the Hotel Piolets Soldeu all have satellite TV and most of them private balconies, many with a wonderful view of the slopes themselves (on request) or of the town of Soldeu.

Kids & Childcare in resort
NURSERY
There are 4 nurseries for children aged between 12 months and 4 years, at Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu and Grau Roig. The Soldeu, El Tarter and Canillo kindergartens only accept children over 24 months old. Children between 12 and 24 months old should go to the Grau Roig kindergarten. At these nurseries, qualified carers will look after the children in warm, comfortable surroundings, well equipped with everything they need to play and enjoy themselves whilst you are doing the same.

CHILDREN'S SCHOOL
The Grandvalira Ski and Snowboard School has programmes and specialised instructors for children from 3 to 6 years. We offer one-on-one or group classes, depending on the child's level. Private instructors are also available for those seeking to perfect their skills and increase their level, ensuring good progress. Inflatable objects and a variety of modules are installed in the learning areas to provide non-stop fun. Parents can watch their children progress from the terraces of nearby cafés and restaurants, which command full views of the snow gardens. Grandvalira contains five snow gardens: in Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu, Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa.
