The sales team were excellent - very friendly and inclusive and made every effort to make our holiday relaxed and enjoyable. We received daily texts from Marta and James which we really appreciated. The sales team helped us pick a great resort that suited our family perfectly. The lady that helped us book our skis gave us great advice and tips on what we needed to pack as it was our first ski holiday. Fearghus, the resort rep, was extremely helpful and made our holiday extra special. He helped us collect our skis and passes. He gave us a guided tour of the resort and provided us with lots of great advice. He responded to any query very quickly. He was extremely pleasant to deal with. Overall we were very impressed with Ski McNeill and would recommend to friends and family.
