With a Ski McNeill holiday you can rest assured that you're in safe hands before, during and after you travel. From the moment you touch down in your arrival airport, you'll be met by your smiling rep, who'll be on hand throughout the duration of your holiday to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Our reps are carefully selected from hundreds of applicants each year and we'll only accept those who meet with our exceptional customer service standards.

What to expect from your rep

  1. Airport Meet 'n' Greet - After collecting your luggage at your destination airport, you'll be met by your smiling rep in the arrivals area who'll take you to your coach.
  2. Resort Transfer * - Once settled on the coach, your rep will distribute the welcome packs which will contain all the relevant information you need to enjoy your holiday. In most cases they'll also run through what to expect on your first morning in resort.
  3. Welcome meeting - On either the first evening or first morning in resort your rep will host a welcome meeting, where they'll fill you in on everything you need to know about your holiday and answer any question you may have.
  4. 1st Morning assistance - Your rep will be in one of the ski shops on the first morning to help you get all your equipment for the week.
  5. Hotel Visits - Your rep will visit your accommodation at set times 2 or 3 times a week, where they'll be on hand to meet with you should you so desire.
  6. Après Ski - Your rep will have arranged a weekly après ski programme of fun-filled events to maximise your holiday enjoyment. On most evenings there will be an activity on offer although none are compulsory!!
  7. Piece of mind - Throughout your stay your rep will be on call 24/7 to assist you with any problems or emergencies that may arise.
  8. Homeward transfer * - One of our reps will be with you on the transfer coach back to the airport.

The beautiful thing about a Ski McNeill holiday is that our reps are on hand 24/7 without ever being in your face or pestering you!

* If the numbers travelling to your particular resort are small, you may be transferred in a private bus, in which case there will be no rep. In this instance you'll be met by your rep upon arrival in resort.

NB - We do not provide a rep service for those clients travelling to North America or Slovenia. Clients travelling to these destinations will be provided with the phone number of a company representative should assistance be required.
