With a Directski.com holiday you can rest assured that you're in safe hands before, during and after you travel. From the moment you touch down in your arrival airport, you'll be met by your smiling rep, who'll be contactable throughout the duration of your holiday to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Our reps are carefully selected from hundreds of applicants each year and we'll only recruit those who meet with our exceptional customer service standards.
What to expect from your rep
- Airport Meet 'n' Greet - After collecting your luggage at your destination airport, you'll be met by your smiling rep in the arrivals area who'll direct you to your coach.
- Resort Transfer * - Once you are settled on the coach, your rep will run through all you need to know to plan your week ahead, first day information, where to go for ski fit and school, where to collect your lift pass, information on your resort, the piste and of course that much enjoyed après ski programme! This is the ideal opportunity to have any questions or queries you may have answered.
- Resort Visits - The majority of our resorts will be visited by our reps at set times two or three times a week, where they'll be on hand to meet with you should you so desire.
- 1st Morning assistance - Your rep will be available on the first morning to assist you in any way they can.
- Après Ski - We will have an après ski programme in the majority of our resorts. Your rep will have arranged a weekly après ski programme of fun-filled events to maximise your holiday enjoyment throughout the week. There will be day and evening activities on offer and although none are compulsory, its lots of fun to get involved!
- Peace of mind - Throughout your stay your rep will be on call 24/7 to assist you with any problems or emergencies that may arise.
- Homeward Bound * - Our reps will ensure that you have all details of your departure for your return transfer.
The beautiful thing about a Directski.com holiday is that our reps are contactable 24/7 without ever being in your face or pestering you!
* If the numbers travelling to your particular resort are small, you may be transferred in a private bus, in which case there will be no rep.
NB - We do not provide a rep service for those clients travelling to Norway, North America or Slovenia. Clients travelling to these destinations will be provided with the phone number of a company representative should assistance be required.
