This alpine style, family run hotel is quietly situated near the beautiful scenery of the lake 'Schwarzsee'. The hotel complex consists of 4 separate buildings (30m radius). The interior has massive ceiling beams and a corner fireplace. Comfortable cosy rooms, a whirlpool, steambath and solarium are just a hint of the amenities on offer. Lovers of Austrian beer can meet until late in the stylish house bar.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Kitzbühel with the lake 'Schwarzsee' nearby where ice-skating is possible depending on weather and ice conditions. The hotel is 2km from the resort centre, the cable car and ski school meeting place. A free shuttle bus service operates to and from the village centre a few times a day.

This hotel is available on a half-board basis. Breakfast is buffet style and dinner is a four course evening meal with different options. There is a daily salad buffet and a farmers buffet and theme evening once a week. Childrens meals are available on request.
