The apartment building is home to the wonderful bar “s'Austria” which was renovated and reopened in 2019. It is the perfect meeting point to enjoy good drinks and great music after a day of skiing. This pub is also loved for broadcasting sporting events and for its frequent live music.
Another bonus with these apartments is the ideal location, right in the heart of the Kaiser Mountains. Söll’s pedestrian zone begins right outside the apartment building and the ski bus stop is just 500m away, so getting to the slopes each morning is pretty easy.

Super Mini Flocki Club is welcoming all guests and children between the age of 6 months and 3 years. Children and babies also need a holiday-variety and a challenge. The trained team of nannies taking care, so that there is a benefit for the small and great ones! No matter if it is crafting and tinkering, singing or just sleeping, you have got the choice. To get in touch with the snow for the first time and to move in the snow or even create a snowman, that is our challenge for your kids.
