The residence consists of 3 small chalet-style modern buildings facing south, located close to the village centre and a shopping arcade with restaurants. It has a spectacular view of the Fare waterfall. Ski lifts are 400m away and can be reached by an escalator or a free shuttle.
All apartments come with fully equipped kitchen area: 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, bathroom, television (paying), separated toilets, balcony and bed linen is included.
There is 3 apartments available for persons of reduced mobility.
