The Croce Bianca Leisure & Spa Hotel is one of those rare finds that makes every penny feel well spent. A 4-star hotel in the very heart of Canazei, it combines an exceptional location in the Italian Dolomites with the kind of warmth, comfort and hospitality that keeps guests coming back year after year.
The wellness centre is outstanding by any standard. Two heated pools including a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool with Dolomite views, a rooftop jacuzzi, traditional sauna, bio-sauna, thermarium, aromarium and chromotherapy. After a long day on the Sellaronda circuit, it is exactly what tired legs need and then some.
The restaurant has been recognised in the Michelin Guide since 1958, and the gourmet half-board menu is a genuine highlight of any stay. Generous, flavourful and unmistakably Italian, it is the kind of cooking that fuels big days on the slopes and makes the evenings just as enjoyable.
Five generations of the Detone family have been welcoming guests here, and it shows in every detail. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, the service is warm and attentive, and the location puts the Cabinovia Belvedere and over 1,200km of Dolomiti Superski pistes within easy walking distance.
