The Hotel Strolz is a pleasant 3-star hotel known for its warm, welcoming service and relaxed, friendly atmosphere. This family-run property is tucked away in a peaceful spot, making it a great choice for those who want to enjoy Mayrhofen at their own pace.
Located just a 10-minute walk from the resort centre and the main gondola, the hotel offers easy access to the slopes while remaining slightly removed from the busy village centre. After a day on the mountain, guests can unwind in the cosy lounge beside the open log fire or enjoy the use of the sauna, steam room and indoor pool, available for a small local charge.
Rooms are traditionally furnished, each with an en-suite bathroom, and most offer a partial balcony with lovely views over the Mayrhofen Valley.
Our opinion
A laid-back and good-value hotel with home-cooked food and genuinely friendly staff. A solid base for skiers looking to explore this fantastic region.
